Makeup Look: Neutral Soft Smoke
makA few days ago, my friend came by to model for a makeup look. I did a neutral soft smokey look using the E.L.F. Essentials Beauty Encyclopedia Sparkle Eye Editions. The palette has some lovely shimmer shades that look really good on her. I only did the eye makeup here, she applied the rest:
