This weekend I went to the CVS store in San Ramon (CA) to take check out the free P&G Best in Beauty Event, which I mentioned in a previous blog post explaining how I find local free beauty events through FreeBeautyEvents.com (click HERE for that blog post). I had a lot of fun for the hour or so that I was there, chatting with the ladies and playing with makeup. They were really nice and let me photograph all the products she used on my makeover. It was about 100 degrees on Saturday, so she did a melt-proof makeover.

My favorite products were the foundation, which I ended up buying, and the flipstick lip color. I decided not to buy the lip color because it's a duo lipstick, but I only liked the bright pink - plus it was like $10 - YIKES! I think she did an amazing job and the foundation really did last through the heat. Oh, and the 24hr mascara is an amazing product, it didn't clump and it curled my uncurled lashes - BUT, if you need eye makeup remover to get it off. I don't have any so I had to soak my eyelashes with a water soaked cotton round and it finally broke down and came off. Powerful stuff!
I also got a little gift bag - not thrilled with it at all, BUT one of the ladies gave me a sample of the La Roche-Posay Anthelios 60 Ultra Light Sunscreen Fluid, so that made up for the "gift bag" :)
