Here is another new ELF nail polish in Red Hot, exclusively found in Target stores (in their green cardboard trees found throughout the store), just $2.00. Red Hot is a super vivid, bright and possibly neon carrot orange, surprisingly it is a jelly formula - I think this is the first jelly polish ELF has come out with. The first coat reminds me of when you are chopping carrots and your nails get stained from the juices, but add 1 or 2 more layers and it's awesomely fun! I'm so glad it turns out as bright on the nails as it looks in the bottle.
